- This workshop describes the discipline of Portfolio Management and shows how it can be led by senior management and properly integrated with the running of the organization.The workshop examines how organizations can ensure that their best initiatives are identified, prioritized and invested in, without being undermined by less important initiatives.

- Organised around the best selling book 'The Leadership Challenge' by Kouzes & Posner's, this workshop provides a comprehensive examination of the characteristics and behaviours of a leader regardless of their position within the organization's hierarchy. An assessment tool 'The Leadership Practices Inventory' is used to provide the participant with valid and reliable feedback about their current leadership practice.
