Andy Childerhouse
Andy Childerhouse is a specialist in programme, project, change and transition management, process re-engineering and benefits realization.
He has over 16 years track record of successfully delivering projects and programmes, including as Programme Director for a 1,500 people Business Process Outsource programme for Broadband Technical support. Andy led the entire process from supplier selection through to full implementation, realising £70M financial benefit and operational performance benefits.
He is a Registered Practitioner for both PRINCE2™ and Managing Successful Programmes.
He is currently Programme Manager for reengineering the processes for health research management in England and acquiring the supporting information technology.
