Onemind Management is an APM Group Accredited Consulting Organisation with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and programmes throughout the private and public sectors. We work with a wide range of blue chip organizations including the Environment Agency, the Department of Health and the Treasury’s Office of Government Commerce, as well as a number of corporate companies.

Our core consultancy services are all designed to assess the maturity of organizations, programmes and projects and then to set up mature processes for governance and management of change initiatives. We also provide consultancy support for scoping and initiating these change initiatives.

As part of our own business growth, over the last eight years we have carried out a detailed research programme to understand why organizations fumble change. This programme has revealed the true causes of failure and has led to the development of a suite of specialist workshops, which have been proven to make a lasting difference to our clients’ organizations.
